Writer’s Block

After over a year of this blog and the last several months of struggling to write because I often wonder , “Why!?”…  I share this for my artist friends, and for anyone who also wonders why.
Whether you embrace the concept of God or not…

“If you write for God you will reach many men and bring them joy.
If you write for men–you may make some money and you may give someone a little joy and you may make a noise in the world, for a little while.
If you write for yourself, you can read what you yourself have written and after ten minutes you will be so disgusted that you will wish that you were dead.”

    A timely contemplation this morning Nadia. Whenever I see your photos in my Reader I jump right to your page and sink into the colors and shapes…scrolling through the garden of your thoughts. I’m grateful for the sharing, Nadia. Very!

    Beautiful photos. I think the question “Why?” is a persistent theme in blogging. Perhaps the answer to that question applies to everything we do that is not purely survival driven. Placing yourself in a situation where the question arises is a good thing to do for our growth as humans, don’t you think? Let’s walk on!
